Amazon offers Google Pixel 3a 64GB for $279.99 shipped. Regularly up to $399, today’s deal matches our previous mention which has often sold out quickly over the last few months. You’d typically pay at least $350 elsewhere.
Pixel 3a delivers a 5.6-inch HD display, alongside 64GB worth of internal storage and a 12MP camera. You can count on up to seven hours of use after just 15 minutes on a charger. Also features a built-in thumbprint reader to unlock your device. Amazon customers give it solid ratings and we did the same in our hands-on review.

For the past few years, it's seemed like Dell just forgot about the XPS 15. While the XPS 13 and XPS 13 2-in-1 have evolved into some of the most polished ultrabooks we've ever seen, their larger sibling was cursed with a boring and chunky look. That all changes this year. The latest XPS 15 features all of the modern design tweaks we've loved in the 13-inch models: a larger screen with incredibly thin bezels and Dolby Vision support; a slimmer and lighter case; and an improved keyboard and trackpad. All of those upgrades add up to one of the best 15-inch laptops we've ever seen.
And no, I'm not being hyperbolic — I gasped the first time I opened up the XPS 15. Its huge display feels like you're staring at the towering monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey. (And yes, I know the XPS 17 is also getting the same design, and I'm sure it'll floor me all over again.) Just like the XPS 13, the display reaches all the way down to the keyboard. There's no more bottom border getting in the way. The XPS 15 features a screen-to-body ratio of 93.9 percent, which means that its bezels are so thin they're practically invisible. In fact, that's even a higher ratio than the XPS 13. I'm still dreaming of the day when bezels disappear completely, but the XPS 15 feels close enough for now.

In accordance with established practice, each new generation of Huawei’s Kirin processor will be released in the fall. The Huawei Mate series usually launch the new chip. However, Chinese manufacturer, Huawei, has been at the hub of so many troubles. The company is currently facing multiple bans from the U.S. This is slowing down Huawei’s business especially outside China. Due to the ban by the American government, there were speculations that the Huawei Mate 40 series release will delay.
Nevertheless, recent reports show that the Huawei Mate 40 series will arrive on schedule. Its 5nm processor will be delivered before mid-September. According to @Mobile Wafer Darren, Huawei is going to need a lot of chips before the end of the year. The company will need 5nm, 7nm, 16nm, and 28nm mobile chips. It will also need a TWS headset Bluetooth chip developed by HiSilicon. All these chips in their numbers will be available before mid-September.

HWinfo claims that X570 motherboards from a variety of manufacturers are guilty of underreporting power to Ryzen CPUs so the chips will go faster at stock settings, but at the possible expense of chip longevity. It doesn't appear that AMD condones the misreporting. However, in response, AMD said that it was investigating the issue, but it doesn’t believe the chips will suffer excessive wear during the warranty period. So, after we wrote an article about the software vendor’s claims and its new feature (designed to detect the problem), we set out to determine if the new test was accurate and if there was any imminent danger to the health of Ryzen CPUs from motherboard makers cooking the books.
After testing three different X570 motherboards, using a variety of settings, cooling solutions and even firmware, we found that, while HWinfo does shine a light on some issues, it can output inflated values that aren't representative of actual power misreporting. Of the three motherboards -- an ASRock X570 Taichi, MSI X570 Godlike and an Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master, only the Taichi showed a huge delta between reported and actual power that resulted in increased performance. Those settings resulted in higher clock rates, voltages, and heat output. And that issue, which happened with the reviewer BIOS, largely disappeared once we installed the latest firmware. The remaining relatively small variances of 10 to 15 percent are easily explained by factors such as VRM variations, though.
